The information on the earnings, assets and financial situation in the consolidated financial statements is based on the requirements of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Individual financial statements are prepared in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).

For 2023, GK Software SE forecasts an increase in sales to EUR 160–175 million. The EBIT margin is also expected to increase to 15%. As part of the medium-term forecast, GK expects a sales corridor of EUR 193–205 million for the 2025 fiscal year. With regard to the margin, 15% should be slightly exceeded. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of GK Software SE prepare a transparent remuneration report annually in accordance with Section 162 of the German Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz). The remuneration report describes the basic features of the remuneration system for the members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board and provides individual information for current and former members of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board about the remuneration granted and owed in the 2021 fiscal year. The existing Management Board remuneration system was submitted to the annual shareholders’ meeting on 15 June 2022 and approved by a majority of 78.58% of the valid votes cast.
