According to § 162 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG), the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of the listed company shall prepare a clear and comprehensible remuneration report annually. The remuneration report describes the basic features of the remuneration system for the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board and provides individualised information for current and former members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board on the remuneration granted and owed in the financial year 2021.
