Schöneck, 13. April 2011 - GK SOFTWARE AG is publishing its final figures for fiscal 2010 today. Sales during the record year of 2010 rose by approx. 19% to EUR 27.7 million (EUR 23.3 million in the previous year). As it was possible to revise some of the impairments to accounts receivable contained in the preliminary figures, earnings before tax and interest (EBIT) rose more strongly than previously announced - by more than 31% to EUR 6.43 million (EUR 4.9 million in the previous year).This represents an EBIT margin on sales of 23.2% (20.1% in the previous year). Based on these results, the Supervisory and Management Boards will suggest to the main shareholders' meeting that a dividend will be paid.
The annual net income during fiscal 2010 amounted to EUR 4.47 million. This represents earnings per share of EUR 2.68. Following the approval of the annual accounts by the Supervisory Board today, GK SOFTWARE AG will publish its full figures for 2010 in the form of its annual report on 18 April 2011. As a result of the outstanding results, the Supervisory and Management Boards are going to propose to the annual shareholders' meeting that a dividend of EUR 0.50 is paid from the balance sheet profits of GK SOFTWARE AG.
