GK Software SE: Court appointment of a new Supervisory Board member as Chairman of the Supervisory Board - Dr. Philip Reimann is to be appointed by the court as new member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In its today's meeting, the Executive Board of GK Software SE decided to apply for the court appointment of Dr. Philip Reimann, lawyer and tax consultant, Hamburg, as new member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company at the Local Court of Chemnitz. Dr. Philip Reimann is to be appointed both as a member of the Supervisory Board by the court and as its Chairman.

The application for the court appointment of Dr. Philip Reimann is made against the background that the previous member of the Supervisory Board, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Uwe Ludwig, had to resign from office for health reasons with effect from the end of 11 March 2020 and the Supervisory Board has not been properly constituted since then.
