GK SOFTWARE AG's annual shareholders' meeting agreed to dividend payment of 0.50 Euro per share

The shareholders and representatives of shareholders who were present at GK SOFTWARE's annual shareholder's meeting agreed to all proposed resolutions unanimously and approved of the actions of the Management and Supervisory Boards. As a result, the annual shareholders' meeting followed the suggestion made by these bodies to pay a dividend of 0.50 Euro per share.
