On August 22, 2011, Andreas Bremke GmbH, Arnsberg, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on GK Software AG, Schöneck, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 16, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.99% (this corresponds to 71497 Voting Rights).
