KG, Arnsberg, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on GK Software AG, Schöneck, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 16, 2011 and on that day amounted to 3.99% (this corresponds to 71497 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.99% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 71497 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company via Andreas Bremke GmbH.
