On December 09, 2011, Universal-Investment Gesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt/M, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on GK Software AG, Schöneck, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 08, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 53408 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 2.54% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 45408 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to the company.
