On May 07, 2013, Mr Stephan Kronmüller, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on GK Software AG, Schöneck, Deutschland, have fallen below the 30% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 23, 2010 and on that day amounted to 28.26% (this corresponds to 505850 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 26.16% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 468350 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Kronmüller from GK Software Holding GmbH.
