On January 02, 2014, SAP AG, Walldorf, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on GK Software AG, Schöneck, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 27, 2013 and on that day amounted to 5.29% (this corresponds to 100000 Voting Rights).
