On April 29, 2014, GK Software Holding GmbH, Schöneck, Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on GK Software AG, Schöneck, Deutschland, have fallen below the 50% threshold of the Voting Rights on December 27, 2013 and on that day amounted to 49.56% (this corresponds to 936700 Voting Rights).
