Andreas Bremke GmbH, Arnsberg, Germany, informed us on 14 July 2016, in line with Section 26 Para. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act, that its share of the voting rights in GK Software AG, Schöneck, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 13 July 2016 and amounted to 2.96% (i.e. 55,958 voting rights) on this day.
