September 02, 2019: Voting Rights Announcement

On August 29, 2019, SAP SE has informed us that due to the change in the total number of voting rights of GK Software SE to 2,020,800, the directly held share of voting rights has fallen below the threshold of 5 percent.

SAP SE thus holds 100,000 or 4.95 percent of the voting rights directly pursuant to section 33 WpHG and 1,033,492 or 51.14 percent of the voting rights via instruments within the meaning of section 38 (1) no. 2 WpHG (pre-emptive right with a term from December 13, 2013 to December 31, 2020).
