The Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway, Oslo, Norway notified us on March 2, 2023, that due to the sale of shares with voting rights of GK Software SE the proportion of voting rights held by it has fallen below the threshold of 3%. As of this date, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of Norway holds 1.82% of the voting rights directly and 0.05% via instruments. This corresponds to a total of 1.87% of the voting rights.
